It’s a filter effect without the filter.
*we recommend setting the face first by using a small amount of powder to press into the face with either a setting brush, our 1006 brush, pressed fusion sponge or our Fluff Puff.
For more brightness, we recommend baking after you set.

I can’t put these down. I just love how it melts into my skin and sets the face. This powder along with her rain coats, and Top Secret primer gives face. When I say no filter, that is exactly what it means.
